Time:

Sessions are fifty minutes in length, and held once a week. Weekday and weekend slots available.

Duration:

I offer both short and long-term therapy.  A minimum of six sessions (six weeks) up to a maximum of two years is a general guide.

Setting:

Sessions are currently online via video-conferencing software (Zoom).  I am in the process of setting up a space for in-person sessions in Helsinki, Finland.

Style:

I have trained using the pluralistic model of counselling, with a person-centred core.  This essentially means that sessions are client-led and tailored to your specific needs using a variety of counselling tools, from creativity to CBT and everything in between.
