Are you feeling scared, stuck, confused, lonely, frustrated, numb, tearful or lost?  Perhaps you can't really identify how you are feeling, but just know something isn't right or is holding you back?  Are you dealing with a big transition, loss, or change?  Or do you simply wish for a space where you can be truly seen and heard?  Maybe it's a mix of all of the above?

I am here to help!

My name is Jelly and I offer short and long-term counselling, also known as talk therapy.  Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and personality; and I provide a safe and

non-judgemental space in which you can grow and thrive.

I am able to assist with a wide variety of issues and have undertaken additional, specialist training in creative therapy, psychosexual therapy and working with trauma.

​​

I am LGBTQ+, GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diverse) and Neurodiverse friendly, as a member of each of these communities myself.

​

I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in the UK.
